About the Role
We’re hiring our first Sales Specialist focused on Banking Partnerships. This person will be our direct line to banks and institutions, acting as the point of contact, negotiator, and closer. You'll work directly with the founders and play a central role in our go-to-market strategy.
This is a high-responsibility, high-reward role:
You’ll start as a one-person sales army (with the support of summer interns).
Once traction is proven, you’ll be promoted to Vice President of Sales and build your own international sales team.
Your contract is performance-driven — small base salary, large success bonuses, and potential future equity.
What We’re Looking For
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Finance, International Relations, or related field
- Previous experience or strong connections in the banking, fintech, or financial services sectors
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
- Comfortable navigating different cultures and time zones
- Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, persistent, self-organizing
- Fluent in English and at least one additional basic level language. (additional languages are a plus)

- Have worked with or sold to financial institutions
- Understand how APIs and SaaS business models work
- Have experience in early-stage startups or high-growth environments
