WHAT YOU WILL DO AT VIZANCE
- Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business. Respond to client questions and concerns promptly.
- Policy Management : Analyze and evaluate clients' insurance needs to design insurance solutions. Review and update insurance policies. Assist clients in policy renewals.
- Carrier Communication : Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and policy documents. Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate and organized client records.
- Market Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and changes in personal lines insurance regulations.
