About the Team
VIZIO’s Finance and Accounting team is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The AR Specialist will be responsible for managing Vizio’s major retailer accounts.
What You Will Do
- Process cash application for major retailer accounts, including debit/credit memos.
- Weekly detailed reporting of AR Aging.
- Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly review & analysis of assigned retailer accounts.
- Review and process A/R and claims related journal entries.
- Preparation of A/R allowances during month-end close.
- Monthly review and reconciliation of assigned allowance accounts.
- Generating and reviewing monthly sales reports.
- Perform other assigned tasks (weekly, monthly).
- Work with large data sets and financial analysis.
- Support General Accounting Team as needed
About You
- You have earned a Bachelor’s Degree.
- You have 3 years of related work experience.
- You have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are a hard-working team player and quick learner.
- You are able remain focused and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- You are extremely detail oriented.
- You possess self-management skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
- You are resourceful, can think through a process and come to a resolution.
- You are proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint. (min: Intermediate level)
- You have some knowledge of SAP but not required.

For California-based employment: The minimum pay for this position is $33/hour. The maximum pay for this position $48/hour. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
