You’ll also get to work at a company that cares about your career growth and will help you get the support you need to expand your possibilities.Responsibilities Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.Assists with managing database marketing requests and fulfillment of trackable offer campaigns related, but not limited to, advertising, events, promotions, entertainment, and sponsorships through all direct response marketing mediums.Advertising : Coordinate marketing support services to include advertising, public relations, and internal departments.Supports the development of press releases and media correspondence in relation to marketing programs or property advertising.Promotions : Organizes and executes the regularly scheduled entertainment acts for all performances on property. Monitors calendar for promotions at the property following the strategy of the promotions department. Manages oversight of media used to communicate current and upcoming promotional efforts for the guests, team members, and regulatory agencies.Direct Mail / CRM : Responsible for verifying offers and ensuring accuracy for market distribution.Executes offers for campaigns and pushes them to customer database for distribution.Assists with creation, management, and execution of CRM campaign events.Ensures CRM marketing campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.Responsible for tracking expenses related to CRM marketing programs and supporting compliance to departmental budgets.Special Events : Coordinate and track, as needed, groups responding to special and VIP party events. Dress in appropriate uniform / attire based upon event / venue; occasionally, a costume may be used.Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
