- This client is a contract manufacturer producing plastics. Experience in injection molding is key to ensuring a fast placement.
Job Summary:
The Corporate Quality Assurance Manager will oversee all quality department activities across the company, including inspection and audit processes. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure compliance with the quality management system and meet customer requirements and expectations. Additionally, the manager will develop and report quality metrics for all stages of manufacturing, from purchased materials to customer receipt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise quality assurance across four (4) US plant locations.
- Manage and oversee the ISO registration process.
- Develop training programs and procedures.
- Train and implement uniform quality standards across all four (4) US plant locations to ensure consistency company-wide.
- Promote total quality management by implementing training standards throughout the entire organization.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with the quality system.
Preferred Skills:
- ASQ certification (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Engineer).
- Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
