What are the responsibilities and job description for the QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER position at X4 Life Sciences?
A pioneering endoscopic client we have partnered with for three years based in Worcester County are growing out the Quality team once again.
This time a QA Manager to be brought in and oversee the entire quality department and potentially bring in additional resources later in the year.
The core responsibilities are listed below but someone with a manufacturing background with work across both QA and QC would be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee an effective QMS in compliance with ISO 13485.
- Oversee all QA including internal and external audits, CAPA and supplier quality management.
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure product design and production processes meet quality standards.
- Lead and oversee quality control activities, including inspection and testing of incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products.
- Drive initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, reduce variability, and improve overall product quality
- Managing and overseeing all members of the quality team.
