Job Summary:
The Corporate Quality Assurance Manager oversees all quality department activities company-wide, including inspection and audit processes.
Their primary responsibility is to ensure compliance with the quality system and meet customer requirements and expectations.
Additionally, they develop and report quality metrics for all stages of manufacturing, from purchased materials through customer receipt.
Job Title – Quality Assurance Manager
Location – Hudson, MA (Relocation Assistance available)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Note: Must have Plastic Injection / Excruiston experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise quality assurance at all four (4) US plants
· Manage and oversee the ISO Registration process.
· Develop Training and Procedures.
· Train and disseminate uniform quality standards across all four (4) US plant locations, ensuring consistency company-wide.
· This individual will be responsible for implementing training standards throughout the entire organization, promoting total quality management.
· Conduct inspections and audits to maintain compliance with the quality system.
Preferred Skills:
· ASQ certification (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Engineer).
· Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
· Problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
