Service Designer
Designer who can lead discovery and research activities, map user flows / journeys, and translate findings into insights and recommendations. They will be first focused on leading the discovery and design for the claims adjudication process.
Must haves :
- 5-8 years years of relevant design experience
- Government or relevant topic experience
- Experience leading discovery for complex work & planning / executing in-depth user research.
- Experience with experience mapping methodologies (service blueprint, journey map, user flows, user story maps).
- Experience with co-creation methodologies (e.g : workshop facilitation)
- Comfortable articulating design decisions and communicating strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.
