What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enrollment Agent position at VM Long Beach?
The Enrollment Agent is responsible for interacting directly with potential customers to support our clients customer acquisition and sales efforts in the Long Beach area.
Enrollment Agent Responsibilities:
- Interact directly with prospective customers through strategic community outreach initiatives
- Engage with customers to determine what options they may qualify for
- Explain the options available to customers, answer their questions and provide the best option to fit their needs
- Facilitate the enrollment process for new customers
- Ensure all customer information is accurate and recorded correctly
- Meet with fellow team members to stay up to date on all available promotions and product updates
Enrollment Agent Requirements:
- At least some experience in a customer facing role such as retail, food or service industry, hospitality or sales preferred
- A comfortability working in a fast paced and high energy sales environment
- A natural ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Based locally and able to travel around the Long Beach area
- Able to commute to our office in Long Beach for any scheduled shift
