Social Media Specialist

The Social Media Specialist will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and driving brand awareness. *Responsibilities* - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms. - Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice. - Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities. - Utilize Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives. - Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines. - Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing. - Assist in the production of photography and graphic design projects as needed. *Requirements* - Proven experience in social media management, particularly within e-commerce environments. - Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). - Familiarity with web management tools and best practices for online content optimization. - Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. - Experience using Hootsuite or similar social media management platforms. - Basic photography skills are preferred to enhance visual content creation. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. - Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
