EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong experience in the aesthetics industry required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in medspa management or a similar role.

- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members while holding them accountable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-management skills.
- Boutique sales acumen and proven ability to drive business growth and cross-selling.
- Business and financial acumen to oversee P&L and maximize revenue.
- Analytical mindset to analyze reports and find opportunities.
- Proven ability to manage and streamline all aspects of medspa operations.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and services in the medspa industry.
- Upscale customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in using spa management software.
RESPONSIBILITIES

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, dependent upon skills and experience.
