We’re recruiting a Regional Director of Operations to optimize the operational performance, growth, and overall success of multiple med spa and plastic surgery locations. This role ensures that each site meets and exceeds financial, operational, and patient satisfaction goals while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards. While this leader will be very involved and comfortable with the details at each location, they will also have an opportunity to shape strategic direction and be recognized as a leader across the platform. The role is unique in that a home-run candidate will have the visibility and opportunity to be in a CEO-1 role at a fast-growing aesthetics platform in an accelerated timeframe.
The ideal candidate is located in (or willing to relocate to) Nashville or Chattanooga, TN, but the role is also open to exceptional candidates in Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, or North Carolina or to Mid-Atlantic and Southeast-based candidates willing to travel 100% of the time.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of experience in multi-site healthcare operations, preferably in med spas, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine.
- Experience managing a multi-site P&L.
- Experience with de novo locations a plus.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members while holding them accountable.
- Exceptional ability to manage and streamline all aspects of operations across multiple sites, including identifying best practices and ensuring consistency across locations.
- Proven track record in financial management and analysis, revenue optimization, and business growth, particularly in med spas and injectables.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Superior change management skills to get buy-in and roll out changes.
- Strong project management skills to assist with acquisitions and de novo openings.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and accreditation standards.
- Ability to travel regularly (50-60%).

The base salary range for this position is competitive based upon skills and experience. The total compensation carries annual incentives and participation in platform management incentive equity plans. The right candidate is entrepreneurial, result oriented, and effective. Confident in their ability to lead the right way and drive results, the ideal candidate prefers a holistic, high upside, long-range compensation over monthly base.
