Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, integration, and development, along with a strong ability to align business processes with technical solutions.
This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce solutions, best practices, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Define and implement best practices for Salesforce architecture, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements to improve business processes.
- Oversee data governance, security, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide expert-level support.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture and development.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with integration tools such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, authentication, and data management.
- Experience with DevOps tools like Git, Copado, or Salesforce DX.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
