Assist with retrofit work within Certinia as a result of Chart of Account changes being implemented in 2024
Standard Admin Updates
Updates to field labels
Creating new fields, adding help text
Modifying page layouts and lightning record pages
Updating or deprecating validation rules
Advanced Admin Updates
Updates to existing declarative automation, as a result of the COA changes (ex. Flows, Workflow Rules)
Developer Updates
Updates to apex classes, including automation and validation logic to remove old COA references and replace with new COA references
Assist with Services CPQ Advanced Scope of Work
Developer Updates
Creating rollups on records where master-detail relationship does not exist and cannot be established
Changing the existing rate card matching logic to be used in SCPQ and PSA modules
Admin / Analyst Updates
Updating permission sets, cloned from base permissions, to reflect Teradata specific requirements.
Persona mapping has been done by Teradata. Certinia will be formally providing a recommended starting point. As such, architect input is not required.

Reduce DSOs, Billing Errors and Customer Disputes
