Who we are looking for :
As an Account Management Intern, you will learn how to better understand and address business and campaign needs, solve problems, and build strong professional relationships with clients. You will help coordinate the execution of campaigns and projects and provide general support to the accountant management team.
What you'll do :
- Assist in maintaining daily or weekly status reports
- Organize team meetings and produce conference reports
- Execute and manage aspects of creative development and production projects
- Learn VML processes and more
- Take accurate meeting notes, capture action items, and transfer actions to the weekly status when necessary
- Track revisions to jobs and ensure information is documented and communicated to team members
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings
- Assist with creating and editing business documents
- Assist in entry-level financial activities, such as drafting scopes and preparing billing for review with a supervisor
- Ensure collaboration sites are kept current
- Research client business
- Participate in key client meetings
