Who we are looking for:
As an Experience Strategy Intern, you will work alongside our talented and diverse team of experts as we bring a human-centered approach to the design business, and experiences for a more connected age. You will be responsible for researching people, competitive landscapes, and evolving environments through primary and secondary research. You will also be responsible for digging deep into the jobs to be done of people to understand the deep why behind their actions. You will work across a variety of brands, visiting stores and undertaking experiential research to understand the mindset and journey of key audiences. You will work closely with our researchers, strategist, and designers to bring your findings to life through solutioning and validation testing.
What you’ll do:
Conduct primary and secondary research to gain insights into people, competitive landscapes, and evolving environments
Dig deep into the jobs to be done of people to understand the deep why behind their actions
Work across a variety of brands to understand the mindset and journey of key audiences
Visit stores and undertake experiential research to gain insights into customer behavior
Work closely with researchers, strategists, and designers to bring your findings to life through solutioning and validation testing
Assist in developing strategies that drive meaningful change in peoples’ lives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
Who you are:
Passion and desire to pursue a career in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
Infinitely interested in understanding people and the world around them
An innovator and visionary that is excited to bring together left brain (analytical thinking) and right brain (creativity) to drive impact
An interest in customer experience, service design, and business design
What you’ll need:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of research methodologies and techniques
