This individual will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of all building systems and grounds, ensuring a safe and functional environment for all occupants. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in areas such as pest control, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, snow removal, painting, drywall work, and general building repairs and renovations.
