What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer LPNs- Home Health- Home Health Experience is Not Required- Needham position at VNA Care?
VNA Care is seeking "Summer" LPNs for Home Health Visits from April to September. The position offers per diem rates with paid mileage and orientation. No prior Home Health experience is required, and there is no weekend or holiday requirement.
Flexible scheduling options are available between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and 8:00 am - 6:30 pm, Saturday to Sunday. Work full weeks, a few days, or a few hours based on your availability and preferences.
Needham teams cover visits in:
Team 1: Arlington, Belmont, Watertown, Brighton, Newton, Wellesley, Needham, Dedham, Dover, Westwood
Team 2: Franklin, Wrentham, Attleboro, Foxboro, Walpole, Canton, Bridgewater, Braintree, Hanover, Marshfield and surrounding towns.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of acute care or med surg experience
- Ability and willingness to travel within a designated territory
- Experience managing patient-specific health concerns such as COPD, CHF, Diabetes, Stroke, and Cancer
- Proficiency in working with wounds vacs, catheters, ostomies, staple/suture removal, and phlebotomy
- EMR experience
