VNA Care is seeking Home Health LPNs for our Needham Teams
Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care setting is required.
Schedule: Work 24-40 hours, Monday Friday, 8am-4:30pm or Weekend Schedules: Sat/Sun 8a-4:30p or 8a-6:30p
Patient visits are scheduled, by team, in tight geographic areas each day.
Team 1: Arlington, Belmont, Newton
Team 2: Braintree, Bridgewater, Weymouth, Norwell, Hanover, Marshfield
Training: We offer an extensive, paid, Home Health orientation program. Work with a preceptor in the field for 6-8 weeks and have the support of an Educator while learning EMR, Home Care Home Base, time management and documentation. VNA Care believes in an ongoing supportive work environment.

Requirements:
- Compassionate, enjoy working with patients and their families, organized and ability to multi-task.
- Good standing MA LPN License
- Minimum 1 year of med/surg experience or 1 year of acute care experience
- Willingness to travel within a territory.
