Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular territory management to maximize sales potential within assigned regions.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure seamless communication and support for clients.
- Provide technical sales expertise, particularly in technology-related products or services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing product benefits and features.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective upselling strategies and account management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong background in retail sales preferred.
- Excellent account management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong upselling techniques that drive revenue growth.
- Experience in territory management to effectively cover assigned areas.
- Familiarity with inside sales processes and collaboration techniques.
