Pharmacist verification of orders via EPIC, sterile compounding, pharmacokinetics, renal dosing of medications 0600 (8-10 hr shifts) 2300 (8-10 hr shifts) Pharmacy staff of approximately 45 members that serves a regional facility that has various service lines from OB, NICU, Orthopedics, Cardio / Thoracic, and Outpatient Oncolocy Infusion.
