Description
· Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day relationships with tenants and providing superior customer services to tenants.
· Liaison between tenants and property management, building operations, and security by communicating proper information and ensuring tenant requests are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
· Monitor tenant work orders and follow up with tenants to ensure service requests are completed to their satisfaction.
· Assist with the coordination of tenant meetings, trainings, and other onsite events.
· Coordinate all arrangements and notifications, acquire proper authorizations, and collect certificate of insurance as necessary for all tenants move-ins/move-outs. Ensure checklists are completed for each new tenant and filed in the tenant’s chart.
· Assist tenants as needed with entitlements, social service needs and crisis intervention.
· Assist with customer service requests, determine the nature of the business, and escalate issues to the appropriate property management staff and the Director of Tenant Services.
· Provide coverage of the front desk in the absence of the Administrative Assistant to greet guests, visitors, and tenants.
POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Tenant Services, the Tenant Services Coordinator will provide direct services to the tenants of the Project Based Voucher CityFheps Permanent Housing in accordance with policies, procedures, contractual agreements, and standards of services per the HRA contract. This person will have at least 3 years in the social services/ healthcare sector delivering services to formerly homeless and special needs families and individuals transitioning from shelter. The Tenant Services Coordinator will coordinate and liaison on behalf of the tenant with property management, building operations and security. This position has a flexible schedule requiring some evening and weekend coverage as needed.
Requirements
· Must have High School Diploma or the equivalent, 3 years’ experience working with vulnerable populations.
· Bachelor’s degree preferable.
· Knowledge of support services (ex: case management) to vulnerable populations, including but not limited to the homeless, mentally ill, substance users, persons living with HIV, and low-income individuals and families.
· Must possess the ability to promote a team environment.
· CPR/First Aide or receive within 2 months of hire.
· Ability to interact effectively with all populations served.
· Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
· Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
JOB SETTING:
· Must possess sight and digital senses or prosthetics that will enable the essential functions of the job to be completed.
· Requires schedule flexibility.
· Must be computer literate.

Salary : $58,000 - $60,000
