What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Floor Supervisor position at Vocational Services, Inc.?
We are a non-profit company that works with people with disabilities. This is a rewarding experience to help those with disabilities learn new skills so they can have more opportunities for employment as well as community integration. We are looking for the right person to join our team as the newest Production Supervisor for our North Kansas City, MO location.
- Work schedule Monday - Friday 07:00 am until 03:30 pm. (Occasionally M-F 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM may be required for coverage in Liberty location.)
- 1st wage increase after 90 days and then yearly on your anniversary date.
- 24 hours of PTO time after 90 days, to use as needed, until your anniversary date.
- Closed 9 holidays - New Year's Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving and the Friday after; Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
- Sick time accrued bi-weekly up to 52 hours a year
