Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Remote Opportunity
Location: Bemidji, MN
VocoVision is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a full-time basis. As a remote SLP, you will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to individuals with communication disorders, speech impairments, and language delays. Your expertise will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our clients, helping them develop effective communication skills and overcome their challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services remotely through video conferencing platforms.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document client outcomes.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Stay updated on industry trends, research, and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Minnesota.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working as an SLP.
- Proficient in using telepractice platforms and technology for remote therapy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
