Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders; develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student.
- Provide direct therapy, monitor progress, and adapt treatment plans based on evolving needs.
- Work closely with educators, parents, and staff to provide effective communication support.
- Conduct screenings, maintain detailed records, and engage in team meetings to ensure comprehensive planning.
- Champion student advocacy, offer resources to staff, and pursue continuous professional learning.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Florida Teaching Certificationpreferred
- FloridaSLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
