We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Director in North New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have experience building relationships with high-level executives and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential new customers and referral sources, developing and maintaining organized sales route records, and securing commitments from customers resulting in referrals for restoration services.
In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will participate in weekly sales meetings, maintain consistent phone and in-person contact with existing customers, and engage actively and effectively in trade, community, and networking activities to build and maintain a strong referral network.
