Job Summary :

Voda Cleaning and Restoration is seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience cleaning a variety of flooring types using truck-mounted equipment. Experience with Apex 500 truck mount machine is highly preferred. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, technical expertise, and excellent customer service skills.

Floor Cleaning Technician Responsibilities :

Perform professional cleaning services for various flooring types, including but not limited to carpet, tile and grout, hardwood, vinyl, and concrete.

Operate truck-mounted cleaning systems (Apex 570 preferred). 

Assess job sites to determine the best cleaning methods and solutions.

Pre-treat and prepare floors for cleaning as needed.

Ensure all equipment is maintaned, cleaned, and operational.

Handle cleaning chemicals safely and according to industry standards.

Communicate with customers to explain services, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.

Adhere to all safety protocals and company standards. 

Assist with additional tasks, such as equipment setup and cleanup, as needed

Qualifications.

Proven experience as a Floor Cleaning Technician, with a strong understanding of floor cleaning techniques for various surfaces.

Hands-on experience with truck-mounted cleaning systems Apex 570 experience highly preferred.

Knowledge of cleaning solutions, chemicals, and their appropriate use for different flooring types.

Strong mechanical aptitude for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment.

Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies (up to 50 lbs).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
