Day-to-Day Includes:
- Providing floor, carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning
- Assisting in water damage, fire/smoke, and mold restoration jobs
- Using industry-leading equipment (we’ll train you!)
- Keeping job logs, vehicles, and tools in great shape
- Communicating with customers in a friendly, professional way
As you gain experience, you’ll have the chance to earn valuable industry certifications like:
- Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
- Applied Structural Drying (ASD)
- Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT)
- Mold Remediation (AMRT/MRS)
- A willingness to learn and grow
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic tech skills (email, mobile apps, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
