We are looking for an Operations Supervisor for our client at Mauricetown, NJ for 2nd Shift 2pm to 10:30pm.
Summary:
The primary responsibilities of this Operations Supervisor will be to guide, organize, and direct the hourly workforce in conjunction with managing plant operations. This position will plan and schedule production activities in all production processes to meet production goals, maintain a safe working environment, as well as controlling plant costs through effective planning and management.
Must Haves:
Must have industrial/manufacturing experience.
Must have supervisor experience. Must have computer skills.
Strong industrial background required. Strong mechanical background required.
Be willing to be on an on-call schedule.
Prefer 3-5 years’ experience with the following skills and equipment: Mineral Processing and Screening.
Slurry Pumping.
Rotating Equipment.
Mechanical knowledge.
Production Planning.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
