What You’ll Be Doing :
Maintain sales activities relating to developing customer relationships and monitoring customer satisfaction. Improve response times to customers and participate in customer visits, produce quotations, manage pricing, and support sales in various programs and projects to sell products and services. Within markets assigned, collaborate with appropriate resources, i.e. other departments, internal and external business partners and collaboration with sister companies to progress the selling processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Others as assigned.
- Coordinate sales activities for assigned customers. Communicate on behalf of the customers by conveying the general spirit momentum of customers.
Reporting forecast information from gathering information from sales force.
Negotiating quarterly pricing and as part of quote follow-up.
Evaluate inquires and information from estimates to develop cost effective profitable solutions
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and coordinate RFC resources to resolve customer complaints
Represent sales as project launch liaison and provide project updates to Sales Engineers
Schedule : This position will primarily work eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs and will primarily be day-time hours but may occasionally work or travel nights and weekends for events and special projects.
This is an onsite, remote-flexible position.
