voestalpine Signaling USA is seeking an IT Service Technician to work at its Loveland, Colorado location.
Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions
- Provide daily, weekly, and / or monthly reports on system health of digital monitoring systems.
- Direct customer contact and communication for North American customer base.
- Resolve issues reported by customers through telephone calls, emails, and service ticketing.
- Assist in the management of customer servers, FTP data feeds, databases, and VPNs.
- Error analysis and troubleshooting of electrical, electromechanical, and mechanical systems.
- Assist the with the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of voestalpine Signaling digital monitoring technologies as needed.
- Some domestic and international travel required (e.g., USA, CAN, MEX)
- Assist in the sale of spare parts as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
