Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or promote special offers
- Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse customer base
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desired
- Ability to upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
