Responsibilities
- Apply window tint films to vehicles with precision and attention to detail
- Prepare surfaces for tint application by cleaning and inspecting glass
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks
- Perform vehicle maintenance and minor repairs as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay updated on the latest tinting techniques, products, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Proven experience in window tinting or related fields
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus
- Experience working in a dealership setting is preferred but not required
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
