POSITION SUMMARY
As the PAS Pod Supervisor, you'll play a key role in bringing the mission of Voice for Independence to life by supporting and guiding our PAS Scheduler, Direct Care Specialists, and Attendant workers. You'll help them grow by providing thoughtful feedback, managing performance, and offering coaching when needed. Working closely with the PAS Lead Supervisor, you'll help assess our team’s capacity for new referrals and ensure our consumer counts and billables are accurate. At times, you may step in to assist with other tasks, embracing the team spirit that drives our organization forward. Your leadership will be crucial in helping us grow and make a difference!
This is an exempt (salaried) position that includes travel throughout the service area.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Valid driver’s license
· Personal means of transportation
· Ability to work well under pressure
· Be consistently punctual
· Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner
· Effective oral and written communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field. (Experience may be substituted for education)
· Personal experience with a disability
· Home and Community-Based Services experience
· Experience with the Disability Rights Movement is preferred, but not required
Qualified candidates must pass employment background checks/screenings as mandated by the PA Department of Health and other governing entities
