Qualification
- 3 to 4 years of experience in customer service
- Exceptional communication abilities
- 1 to 2 years of relevant customer service experience
- Strong enthusiasm and ability to work autonomously
- Relevant experience in inside sales or customer service required
- Proficiency in order entry, organization, multitasking, and a strong customer focus is essential
- Regular on-site attendance is mandatory
- Education: A High School Diploma is required
- Must know Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
Job Duties
- Addressing customer questions about our products and services.
- Managing customer orders over the phone.
- Verifying stock levels and delivery timelines.
- Order entry.
Updating customers on order status.
