We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Beltsville, MD. As a Project Manager at Volarify, you will act in an engineering and construction management capacity under the supervision of the Project Manager for all activities of assigned projects. You will be involved in managing high-profile, ground-up commercial projects, including those with complex drywall systems, such as metal stud framing, interior drywall, and large-scale structural projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting. A minimum of 5 years of commercial drywall construction experience, with a focus on complex, ground-up projects, is required. Experience with detailed engineering and design, especially in metal stud and drywall systems, is highly preferred.

- Coordinate material orders, track delivery, and ensure timely supply and stocking in collaboration with field personnel and vendors.
- Visit active project sites periodically to broaden technical knowledge of drywall, masonry, and concrete restoration products and field systems.
- Communicate regularly with field personnel to monitor and track project schedules, production, and any job-related issues.
