Compensation :
70,000 - $100,000 yearly commission
Responsibilities :
Respond to property damage emergency calls when requiredClarity the scope with clients, engineers, and architects to produce an accurate list of project specifications, including manual labor needs and necessary materialsEnsure teams work to follow all health and safety standards to prevent injuries and obstacles to project completion, and quickly report any safety regulation issuesSchedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are metOversee the work of all subcontractors and skilled laborers and guide them as necessary to ensure high-quality workCalculate the budget for all project tasks and accurately manage the budgetCommunicate the status of the project to key stakeholders by providing regular progress reportsIssue purchase orders for subcontractor workParticipate in a rotational on-call scheduleQualifications :
Must live within 50 miles of Auburn Hills, Michigan to be considered for this position3-5 years experience as a construction project manager, preferably in the restoration / construction industryPossess a deep understanding of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, project management principles, and construction methodsIn-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principlesExcellent time-management, organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsKnowledge of Xactimate and project management softwareSelf-motivated, responsible, and accountableAbility to recognize and solve problems independentlyWe are building our Team based on our Core Values :
