Job Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will act in an engineering and construction management capacity under the supervision of the Project Manager for all activities of assigned projects. The Project Manager will be involved in managing high-profile, ground-up commercial projects, including those with complex drywall systems, such as metal stud framing, interior drywall, and large-scale structural projects. The Project Manager will manage project documentation, including contracts, plans, specifications, and change orders. They will also coordinate material orders, track delivery, and ensure timely supply and stocking in collaboration with field personnel and vendors.
