As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing high-profile, ground-up commercial projects, including those with complex drywall systems, such as metal stud framing, interior drywall, and large-scale structural projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution of projects from start to finish. This includes expanding your knowledge of assigned project folders, field packages, cost control, estimating, and cost management systems. You will also review and interpret project documents, including contracts, plans, specifications, and change orders to provide accurate and timely cost estimates. Additionally, you will help prepare and submit change orders for approval, adhering to company policies and procedures. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in coordinating material orders, tracking delivery, and ensuring timely supply and stocking in collaboration with field personnel and vendors. As a representative of our company, you will communicate regularly with field personnel to monitor and track project schedules, production, and any job-related issues. Furthermore, you will oversee accounting tasks such as invoice approvals, requisitions, and payroll, and represent the company at external meetings related to the project and actively engage with clients. A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting is preferred, and a minimum of 5 years of commercial drywall construction experience, with a focus on complex, ground-up projects is required. The company's training program must also be completed. Experience with detailed engineering and design, especially in metal stud and drywall systems, is highly preferred.
