Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, employees, and insurance representatives.
• Oversee and coordinate multiple projects of varying complexities, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
• Act as a field superintendent on larger mitigation projects as needed.
• Provide clear and technical explanations to clients, adjusters, and consultants.
• Work closely with estimators and superintendents to ensure job accuracy and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct job site visits to monitor work quality and compliance.
• Schedule and coordinate restoration, contents, and light rebuild projects based on team capacity.
• Offer constructive feedback and direction to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure all work crews adhere to safety guidelines and proper uniform requirements.
• Obtain necessary permits and liaise with municipal inspectors as required.
• Implement and oversee site-specific safety plans.
• Manage moisture mapping for water loss situations.
• Coordinate after-hours emergency response efforts, including board-ups, water damage, fire and smoke damage, and vandalism.
• Maintain and streamline warehouse inventory, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
• Attend company-sponsored training courses for continued professional development.
• Qualify and onboard subcontractors, completing required vendor documentation.
• Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide mentorship for growth.
• Other duties as assigned.
