Compensation:
- Base Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000 (DOE) plus Bonus for performance model
- Additional Compensation: Available for CAT duty or large-loss assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage all phases of residential and commercial projects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Client Relations & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication on project status and handling any challenges proactively.
- Team & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality expectations.
- Documentation & Budgeting: Track project progress, maintain budgets, document milestones, and provide detailed updates to clients and management.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal building codes and regulations, maintain safety standards, and complete daily inspections.
- Continuous Improvement: Attend industry training and stay updated on best practices and new technologies in restoration and mitigation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience overseeing large-scale residential and commercial restoration projects.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage, guide, and support teams and subcontractors.
- Communication & Customer Service: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and computer-based project management tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of local building codes, Xactimate software (preferred), and best practices in restoration and mitigation.
