Key Responsibilities:
Attend marketing events and distribute promotional materials.
Set up and manage marketing displays at events.
Provide data-driven insights on marketing event performance to management.
Stay up to date on company services, industry trends, and competitors.
Actively participate in key industry groups and associations.
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
Collaborate with local and national teams to enhance customer satisfaction and business success.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record in B2B sales with at least 3 years of experience.
MUST HAVE experience in B2B and/or B2C restoration, insurance, or construction related services. Selling into different verticals: multi-family, property management, hospitality, healthcare, hospitals, municipalities is a plus! Book of Business A HUGE plus!
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to influence and persuade potential clients effectively.
Experience developing and delivering compelling presentations.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools.
Professional demeanor with a positive company representation.
Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record; local travel required.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overnight travel.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Manual dexterity for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks.
Ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary.
