The Opportunity

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to build and lead a national sales team targeting multi-family developers, student housing, general contractors, and subcontractors. This role is perfect for a hunter who thrives on relationship-building, uncovering new opportunities, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development – Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities with multi-family developers and key decision-makers.
Sales Leadership – Build, mentor, and scale an independent sales force to exceed revenue goals.
Strategic Selling – Develop and execute a national sales strategy, positioning Our Client as the go-to supplier for LED mirrors and specialty lighting.
Account Management – Cultivate long-term partnerships with developers, owner reps, and distributors.
Market Expansion – Stay ahead of industry trends, attend trade shows, and explore new market segments for growth.
Performance Tracking – Set KPIs, forecast sales, and report progress to executive leadership.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Sales Experience – 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in multi-family construction, lighting, building materials, or architectural products.
Hunter Mentality – Self-motivated and driven to generate and close new business.
Industry Knowledge – Strong understanding of multi-family development cycles, procurement processes, and key decision-makers in real estate.
Leadership Skills – Experience managing and scaling a high-performing sales team.
Strong Communication – Ability to present, negotiate, and close deals with executives and developers.
Travel Flexibility – Willingness to travel nationally for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
