ROLE SUMMARY
The Site Superintendent will be responsible for safety compliance, subcontractor management,
constructability reviews in the field, job walks for different reviews with clients or
subcontractors, as built reviews of subcontractors, implementation of RFI’s, ASC’s, CCD’s, etc,
once they are approved by Client, and interface with teams on technology low voltage scopes
of work including internal and external employees, vendors, and subcontractors. This position is
expected to be a field superintendent, who, through the demonstration of strong leadership,
communication and management skills effectively helps manage scope definitions and
integrations for technology scopes on selected projects. This requires walking job sites in all
conditions, full PPE at all times, and onsite presence when subcontractors are onsite working.
KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES - CORE
Supports all aspects of the company’s safety culture and creates awareness by
demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions
and mentoring others.
Coordinate with team on technology related design and construction efforts that meet
the constructability, quality, financial and technical standards.
Implementation of RFIs, ASCs, CCDs, etc once approved by Client
Document Control of daily reports, safety documentation, job walks, and as built
Trade to Trade Coordination through the Shop Drawing and Submittal Process as it
applies to installation in the field
Provide technical expertise related to field installation and safety.
Review scheduling with subcontractors and PM to properly align field conditions with
PM for current reviews and alignment with GC schedule.
Support of Mock-Up rooms/spaces installation and coordination with subcontractors
Lead, coach and motivate team members in a proactive manner, consistent with AMSYS’
FIT policy.

Assist in developing the schedule for all the different scopes for submittals, shop
drawings, BIM dates, addition of scope, and mockups / training with the PM team.
Track and report progress on the achievement of project milestone(s) with team
members for updates to schedule and progress payments
Communicate, track and resolve issues in an effective and prompt manner throughout
the life of the project.
