Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of custom home construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections to enforce safety protocols and resolve any construction challenges proactively
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure seamless execution of design vision
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and site progress updates
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety & regulations, and company standards
- Foster a positive and productive work environment while mentoring team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience (5 years) in luxury home construction supervision
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenges on-site
- Knowledge of high-end materials, finishes, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools (Procore experience a plus)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with all project stakeholders
