Job Summary:
We are hiring a REMOTE Customer Service Representative to manage incoming customer queries and field questions regarding their property and casualty insurance policy. You will process payments, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. A successful candidate would need to be have a friendly demeanor, display empathy, patience and have experience working with computers. Prior experience in an Property & Casualty insurance related field is required to be considered for candidacy.

Responsibilities Include:
- Work with our insurance provider clients and deliver great overall customer service
- Take in a high volume of calls, communicate via email and letters as appropriate
- Document all client communication across several platforms
- Be the point person for our clients as well as their customers
Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience in a call-center environment
- Prior P&C insurance related experience
- Ability to work remotely
- Demonstrated communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong independent problem solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of insurance experience (insurance agent license a plus!)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Associates Degree

- Variable schedule includes hours between 830am-6:00pm EST Monday through Friday with some Saturday's required
