What You’ll Own (AKA Your Battlefield):
- Command the oversight of fleet and facility maintenance, keeping operations sharp, compliant, and cost-effective.
- Lead and develop a team of Lead & Truck Dispatchers/Planners and local & OTR drivers—getting the best from every player on the field.
- Strategize and execute fleet maintenance and facility repairs (no in-house shop, so vendor relationships are mission-critical).
- Analyze routes, lanes, and costs to push efficiency and profitability to the next level.
- Monitor and enforce preventive maintenance schedules—because downtime is the enemy.
- Tackle breakdowns, vendor negotiations, and real-time problem-solving with speed and precision.
- Optimize processes, cut waste, and drive measurable impact across the board.
What You Bring (AKA Your Competitive Edge):

- 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- A valid Class A license.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
