Finance Manager (F&I Business Manager)
Job Summary
Sales are expanding and we are seeking an experienced automotive finance professional. The candidate must have Automotive Finance experience with verifiable data, and references. We provide exceptional guest experiences by working hard to meet the financial needs of our guests. We offer an array of attractive financial products and services that require a sharp, talented individual to understand and present to the guest. A qualified finance manager will demonstrate the ability to understand a guest's needs and financial position and match it to solutions offered by our lenders and products. The ideal candidate will also be a management resource for our sales team and other employees as needed.

Responsibilities
- Actively greets our guests with enthusiasm and empathy to their individual needs and requests.
- Help our guests arrange financing for their purchases.
- Accurately submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.
- Present guests with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency at structuring deals for maximum profitability and funding.
- Demonstrate proficiency with title laws and registration process and confirm tax amounts.
- Verify identification such as driver licenses, personal statements, etc. so that they match information presented to banks.
- Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
- Accept and demonstrate fiduciary responsibility for the position.
- Ensure all deals, especially financial and identification instruments, are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines.
- Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals.
- Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale.
- Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
- Other duties as required by your manager.
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ideal candidate must posses 2 years Automotive experience
- Enthusiasm for problem solving and going the extra step to achieve a goal.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Professional Appearance and Conduct in accordance with company policies.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check.
