We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs offered by the manufacturer and the Rydell Automotive family.

- Annual Salary Range of $36,000 to $120,000 commensurate to sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Be the expert and guide our customers on their journey to their next car!
- Create customers for life by generating excitement and demonstrating customer enthusiasm.
- Ability to consistently maintain the goal unit average and minimum performance.
- Learn, understand, and advocate the products we offer to our customers.
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends. Staff company events as needed.
- Maintain customer communication via phone, text,social media and email.
- Assist in merchandising vehicles in the display areas for best customer exposure.
- Assist in cleaning and washing vehicles
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and other web-based technology solutions.
- Sales abilities including persuasiveness and ability to overcome objections.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proven sales track record
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly personality, especially while handling objections
- Reliable, detail oriented, and accurate in your work.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Acceptable driving record and current driver's license as required by our insurer.
- Submit to a background check.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
