Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Weekend Batcher to join our production team. This part-time role is essential to our weekend operations, focusing on batching milk and washing tankers. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and batch milk according to set formulations and production schedules
- Accurately weigh and mix ingredients, including lifting 50 lb. bags
- Clean and sanitize tankers used for milk transport
- Maintain accurate records of batching and cleaning processes
- Follow all food safety, quality control, and workplace safety guidelines
- Assist with general plant cleaning and organization as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) regularly
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday shifts)
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Prior food manufacturing or batching experience a plus, but not required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
